Collaborating with organizations such as Harmoti Kshetriya Chhatra Sangh, Takam Mising Porin Kébang - TMPK (All Mising Students' Union), All Adivasi Students' Association of Assam (AASAA), and Gorkha Chhatra Sangh, Poullock Borah organized protests against the government in Arunachal Pradesh. Notably, he protested against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) bill introduced by the Indian government. Many AASU members, including figures like Dhanmoni Dutta, Secretary, participated in the protest alongside Poullock. He actively instigated people against the CAA, asserting that the bill is against the citizens of Assam.
