About: - Haseena Ahmed lives in Guwahati, Assam. Haseena Ahmed received her schooling from Peradhara H.S.School. Haseena Ahmed received her bachelor's degree from Handic Girls College, Guwahati. After Haseena Ahmed obtained her degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Morph Institute, she obtained a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Guwahati University Institute of Distance and Open Learning. Haseena Ahmed, after completing her LLB from University Law College, Guwahati, obtained her LLM degree from Sharda University and then worked as an advocate in the Gauhati High Court. Haseena Ahmed is a reporter in a news named 'Dainik Gaana Adhikar'. Haseena Ahmed is the organizing secretary of 'All Assam Minority Students Union' (AAMSU). Haseena Ahmed is also active in Assam politics. She has been the President of AAMSU Student Union at Gauhati University and has held many important responsibilities like Organizing Secretary, Assistant General Secretary of All India United Democratic Women Front (AIUDWF). Hasina Ahmed along with AIUDWF and leftist organizations opposed the policies of the BJP government. Haseena Ahmed makes objectionable posts on the Prime Minister of India on social media and polarizes BJP by calling it anti-Muslim. Hasina Ahmed, along with many leftist organizations, opposed the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) bill brought by the government in 2019 and misled people about this bill. Hasina supported the people protesting against the CAA bill in many districts of Assam including Delhi and further instigated the movement.
