Background
All Tiwa Protection Committee (ATPC) is an organization based in Assam. Dulal Pator (chief advisor), Ananda Pator is the president and Sejoy Deuri is the secretary of this organization. ATPC took out many protest rallies against State Government for passing State Capital Region Development Authority Act-2017 in 2017. ATPC also led a three-hour sit-in-demonstration against the center’s move to implement the Citizenship Amendment Act in 2020.
