Tiwa Cultural Society (TCS) is a Assam based organisation. Phukan Karkh is the president of this organization. TCS took out many protests against State Government for passing State ‘Capital Region Development Authority Act-2017’. This organization was also protest against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and conducted several activities to express their dimands towards the law.
