Background

The Global Sikh Council, founded in 2014 and headquartered in London, operates as an international organization dedicated to addressing issues and promoting the welfare of Sikhs worldwide. Currently led by Indarjit Singh, the Council claims to represent and work for the global Sikh community. Its activities extend across various countries, reflecting its international presence. Notably, Haracharan Singh, the organization's General Secretary, participated in the inauguration of the Miri Piri School in India.
