About: - The State Mental Health Authority Tamil Nadu (SMHA-TN) was constituted under Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act 1987. It functions under the superintendence, direction and control of the Government of Tamil Nadu. Kotteswara Rao who is the Member of State mental Health Authority (SMHA) attended a seminar with Vibhuti Patel.
