About: - Black Women's Blueprint is a transnational Black feminist organization and sanctuary dedicated to placing Black women, girls, and gender-expansive people at the center of movements for social, racial, and reproductive justice. Founded in 2008 in Brooklyn, New York, the organization operates from an intersectional framework that connects gender-based violence, sexual assault, and reproductive justice to anti-Black racism and economic exploitation. Black Women's Blueprint spearheaded the historic 2016 Black Women's Truth and Reconciliation Commission on Sexual Assault and created Restore Forward, a 300-acre land sanctuary and retreat center in upstate New York dedicated to reconciliation, holistic healing, sovereign land stewardship, and community health.
