Forum for Anti-Caste Activism (FACT)—also known as the Forum for Anti-Caste Activism at the University of Toronto—is a student- and scholar-led advocacy collective founded in Toronto, Ontario. Grounded in Ambedkarite principles and anti-caste solidarity, FACT works within higher education institutions and across the broader Canadian diaspora to raise awareness about caste-based discrimination, support caste-marginalized students and workers, and integrate caste protection into institutional policies. The collective organizes public panels, film screenings, research presentations, and campus campaigns—frequently partnering with unions like CUPE 3902 and community groups such as the South Asian Dalit Adivasi Network (SADAN)—to advocate for institutional protections, promote Dalit History Month, and advance social equity across North America.
