Background

Imtiyaz Pathan (also identified as Imtu Pathan / Imtiyaz Mohammad Farooq Pathan) is an Indian case subject, co-accused, and legal trial defendant linked to the January 2022 Dhandhuka (Kishan Bharwad) homicide case in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat, India. He was arrested by local law enforcement and subsequently remanded into the custody of the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) and Special Courts under specialized criminal conspiracy and anti-terror laws.
