Background

Shabbir Chopda (also known as Saba Chopda or Shabbir Boliya) is an Indian legal case subject and primary defendant involved in the January 2022 Dhandhuka (Kishan Bharwad) homicide case in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat, India. He was arrested by the Ahmedabad Crime Branch and subsequently transferred to the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) for his alleged role as the primary shooter in the incident.
