Pastor Ulhas Dafle is the founder and national president of the Dafle Jan Maanwa Adhikaar Defenders Foundation (also known as Maanavadhikaar Defenders Forum and मानवाधिकार रक्षक मंच), and he runs a church under the name Preshita Ministries and New Life Fellowship Manmad in Manmad, Nashik.

- Use of Superstition:
- Pastor Ulhas and his wife Shifa (Deepali) were the main preacher in the Blessings Meeting organized by Jeevanasha Sahabhagita Church in Bhingar, Ahmednagar on 01st January 2019. (These events also referred to as आशीवााद सभा, चंगाई सभा, etc., these events involve Christian pastors performing superstitious rituals for miraculous healing and deliverance from evil spirits, with the aim of luring people into accepting Christianity).
- Pastor Ulhas was spotted performing a superstitious act of the removal of evil spirits from a few women and men during a prayer event. The act of deliverance is described as the removal of an evil spirit from a person's body by the pastor using his supernatural powers and prayers. This video was posted by a YouTube channel ‘NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP MANMAD PASTOR:-ULHAS P. DAFLE’ on 06th May 2018.
- Pastor Ulhas is seen performing healing and deliverance using oil, likely hair oil sold in blue plastic bottles (such as Parachute hair oil), on a woman, and healing a man by placing his hand on the man's chest. The video was posted on 04th July 2017.
- Pastor Ulhas posted a video featuring a girl giving a superstitious testimony. She stated that she had been suffering from a severe headache, but after the pastor performed a healing ritual by placing his hand on her head and reciting prayers, her headache was cured. The video was posted on 28th February 2017.
- On 28 December 2016, Pastor Ulhas claimed that people were healed by touching his clothes.

- Award Ceremony - Pastor Ulhas and his Kolhapur network, under the banner of DJMADF, organized an award ceremony and felicitation event on the occasion of Women’s Day, held on 18th March 2025, in Kolhapur.
- Pastor Ulhas felicitated Rahul Ugale on 21st December 2024 for his selection as Police Sub Inspector and posted in Mumbai.
- Pastor Ulhas, under the banner of DJMADF, organized a protest in Manmad, Nashik, on 16th December 2024, against the desecration of the Indian Constitution in Parbhani. During his speech, he accused the police of brutality and human rights violations.
- Pastor Ulhas, under the banner of DJMADF, submitted a memorandum of demands to the police in Manmad, in September 2024, calling for strict action and a fast-track trial in the Badlapur minor sexual abuse case and the West Bengal R.G. Kar Medical College rape and murder case.
- DJMADF has filed a case against Chief Officer, Municipal Council Manmad in Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission over irregular and insufficient water supply, case number is 1873/13/19/2024.
